A lovely, relaxed atmosphere as soon as you stepped through the main entrance. Extremely clean surroundings, waiting area, toilet, treatment areas - not cold and clinical like some other hospitals. Everyone I met made me feel as an INDIVIDUAL and not just a hospital statistic. Staff were very professional, efficient and all did their best to reassure, and give information, and assist in making the experience far less traumatic. Many thanks.
I was very impressed with the Treatment Centre, it was clean and tidy on first impressions which carried through to the clinical area. The spread of cross infection was made clear when we first came to Reception and was asked to use the gel hand wash. The appointment was on time, the staff were all extremely friendly, kind and helpful. Other NHS hospitals/Centres should take a leaf out of your book. I wouldn't hesitate to return to this hospital (although I hope I don't have to!).
What a 1st class hospital! and by "hospital" I do not mean only the building but (perhaps, more importantly), the devoted staff, all responding to performing their individual responsibility at the right time.
The Treatment Centre was spotless. We had no wait and went in on time for all the appointments we had here. We could not fault the staff, service and cleanliness and would not have received better treatment if we had gone private.
I have been in many different hospitals in my life time, although I cannot fault my treatment I have received, this treatment centre took my breath away. It was bright, airy and the staff were so friendly and put at ease straight away. A great big thank you.
All staff on both occasions were excellent, very friendly and professional, reassuring me constantly. I felt lik the whole department and operating staff were on duty just for me, I was not a number as in larger hospitals. Excellent hospital, excellent staff.
I would like to thank everyone concerned in my treatment and care. Everyone's very friendly and makes you feel at ease. There was no waiting, everything is lovely and clean, 100% on everything. The whole procedure and short waiting time between assessment and surgery was beyond expectations. I was dealt with extremely quickly at all times but without a rush and feeling at all times that I was important. The telephone call a day later was much appreciated and I cannot see how you can improve the brilliant service and care that was given.
As a full time practising Registered General Nurse, I was very impressed by the hospital facilities and all the staff that are working there right down to the telephone call the following morning to check that I was alright following surgery. Congratulations to you all.
I am extremely hospital phobic and the staff were aware of this, they all calmed me down by being attentive and helped me through. At this time I would have no sleepless nights about going into your treatment centre again. All my fears were groundless. I cannot thank them enough.
I was very impressed with the friendliness, helpfulness an warmth given right from the Reception staff, Outpatients, Theatre, and Recovery Staff, Anaesthetist and Surgeon. Receiving the check up call the next day following surgery was most appreciated and made me feel cared for (and not in a production line!). Being wheeled to the car, assisted to get in and help given with safety belt was very helpful and much appreciated.
All the staff made one feel special. Food beautifully presented, hot and tasty. They were all helpful, nothing was too much trouble.
Having moved to Somerset recently this is the best hospital I have ever been in. No one could expect better treatment from start to finish.
