To assist with the provision of a high quality and pro-active operational HR service to the Managers and staff of Shepton Mallet NHS Treatment Centre (SMTC) in line with HR policies. Key responsibilities include supporting recruitment and selection, assisting the HR Advisor in areas of the ongoing development and maintenance of HR systems e.g. payroll and benefit administration and the areas of employee relations.
