When you leave the treatment centre you will be given full details of your follow up care. We will inform your GP within 24 hours that you have been discharged from the treatment centre and we will telephone you, usually within 24 hours of your discharge, to check that you are recovering well.
Your feedback and comments help us to continuously improve our care at the treatment centre and we very much appreciate you taking the time to let us know your views. A copy of our Patient Satisfaction Survey will be given to you when you leave, and you can also download it by clicking here.

If you are upset by something then please tell a staff member and we will try to address your concern immediately. If you like, we can also arrange for you to speak to a senior manager or clinician and they will discuss your concerns with you.
