Follow-Up Care

It is important that you take care after your treatment. If you have any worries or concerns, please feel free to call us at any time on our 24 hour Patient Advice Line - 0117 906 1900 - to speak to a member of the clinical team.

When you leave the treatment centre you will be given full details of your follow up care. We will inform your GP within 24 hours that you have been discharged from the treatment centre and we will telephone you, usually within 24 hours of your discharge, to check that you are recovering well.
