Mr Wudecki gained his medical diploma from the Silerian Medical University in Katowice, Poland, and his first and second degree specialisms in Trauma and Orthopaedic Surgery from the Trauma and Orthopaedic Surgery Department, District Hospital, Pszczyna, Poland. He has also received theoretical specialist training in the diagnosis of congenital and developmental hip dysplasia via ultrasound; microsurgical operative techniques for fresh hand injuries; long bones and pelvic fracture treatment; and shoulder arthroscopic reconstruction procedures.

Before joining the Peninsula NHS Treatment Centre, Mr Wudecki was a consultant at the Orthopaedic and Trauma Surgery Department of the County Hospital in Pszczyna, Poland.

He has co-written two publications relating to injuries sustained by volleyball players. This was a result of his involvement in the medical care of the Polish national volley ball and ski-jumping teams.
