Careers at UKSH

Welcome to our careers section.

At UK Specialist Hospitals (UKSH) we employ individuals who are committed to helping us deliver very high standards of care and who value the role they play in making a difference to patients’ wellbeing.

We constantly focus on improving the service we deliver to patients and we look to recruit individuals who share our passion for this innovation.

Currently we have over 400 employees, the majority of whom are health professionals who are located at our treatment centres in the South West and our office in London.

In November 2009, we opened three new treatment centres in Cirencester, Devizes and Emersons Green and in August 2010, we were appointed by NHS Plymouth to operate the Peninsula NHS Treatment Centre, all of which follow the highly successful patient-centred model of Shepton Mallet NHS Treatment Centre, where employees are dedicated to delivering a personalised and efficient healthcare service to the local community.

We commit significant time and resources to recruitment processes to ensure that we employ individuals who are focused on teamwork and delivery. We strongly encourage our employees’ career development and are committed to providing a structured employee training programme. UKSH also believes in rewarding its employees and this is reflected in our salary and benefit schemes.

Further details regarding current vacancies, employee benefits and answers to some frequently asked questions are available by clicking the links on the left hand side.
