Dr Finn is the Medical Director for UKSH.
Dr Finn has been a Consultant in the NHS for 16 years and in that time held a variety of clinical and managerial roles locally, regionally and nationally. These include Trust Colposcopy Lead, Trust Gynaecological Oncology Lead and Clinical Director for Cancer Services. Regionally she has chaired the Gynaecological Oncology Group and is the Quality Assurance Lead for Colposcopy and Cervical Screening. Prior to joining UKSH she was a Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist employed by the Heart of England NHS Foundation Trust. She was based at Good Hope Hospital with a special interest in gynaecological oncology, pre-invasive disease of the cervix and cervical screening
Dr Finn received her medical undergraduate training in Galway Ireland and moved to Birmingham in 1985 where she completed her training in Obstetrics and Gynaecology.
