Quality Account

UKSH publishes three annual quality accounts, one for UKSH South West (a grouping of Cirencester, Devizes and Emersons Green NHS Treatment Centres), one for the Peninsula NHS Treatment Centre and one for Shepton Mallet NHS Treatment Centre. 

The UKSH Quality Account places particular focus on the quality of patient experience. It also allows for comparisons across providers and also offers the opportunity to identify areas for future improvement and to monitor our success in delivering on these.

UKSH began operation of the Peninsula NHS Treatment Centre in August 2010, therefore a UKSH Quality Account for the period before this is not available here.

 

Clinical Outcomes

The UKSH Quality Account replaced the UKSH Clinical Outcomes Report in 2009/2010. Prior to this UKSH published annual clinical outcomes reports for Shepton Mallet NHS Treatment Centre.
